Common questions

• Why is my feed at 0? Run the audit. It checks required fields, image URLs, price format, availability, variants, and eligibility flags, and names the exact item and field.
• Does FeedMedic replace the native ChatGPT Ads app? No. It audits the catalog the native app syncs and names the fields that block items.
• Does it edit my catalog? No. The app uses read-only scopes. It recommends fixes; you apply them.
• How do I cancel? Cancel from your Shopify admin. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• How do I uninstall? Uninstall from your Shopify admin. Our uninstall webhook deletes the stored session.
