Refund Policy

FeedMedic subscriptions are billed through Shopify. You can cancel at any time from your Shopify admin.
Cancellation
Cancelling stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. You can upgrade or downgrade without reinstalling the app.
Refunds
If the app did not work for you, contact us within 14 days of the charge at hello@feedmedic.app. We will review the request and, where appropriate, issue a refund through Shopify. Refunds are not automatic for partial periods or unused time.
Failed or disputed charges
Contact us before opening a payment dispute. Most billing issues can be resolved faster directly.
